Full-Time Customer Service Representatives Required

We’re currently seeking full-time, seasonal Customer Service Representatives for our Moose Creek Turf Grass Distribution Centre.

Reporting directly to the Distribution Manager your responsible for providing superior client service and support to the dispatcher as required.

Primary Areas of Responsibilities:

• Responsible for developing, establishing, growing and maintaining customer base.
• Product awareness
• Competitor awareness
• Ensure a safe work environment and adherence to the safety procedures

Skills Required:

• A post secondary education is an asset
• Experience in a customer service environment is an asset
• Detail oriented & organized
• Team Player a must
• Willingness to work long hours or Saturdays during the operating season
• Proficient computer knowledge is preferred
• Bilingual (Verbal and Written) is essential
