Screened Loam (available in Calgary, Alberta)
Well suited for use under sod, Manderley's loam topsoil is screened to remove vegetable matter and rocks.
- At our Calgary Distribution Centre, screened loam can be loaded in bulk by the cubic yard or hand-loaded into buckets, wheelbarrows, or pails
- For flowerbeds and gardens we recommend Manderley Garden Mix which is less prone to compaction than loam.
Eco Mulch (available in Calgary, Alberta)
Our premium mulch product is a mix of pine and spruce from the Sundre region that performs exceptionally well as a weed barrier in flowerbeds.
- For optimal results, add three inches of mulch to a flowerbed in the first year of use, and one inch each subsequent year

Washed Rock (available in Calgary, Alberta)
Our 25mm washed, angular rock is an excellent choice for use between houses, on dog runs, and for general landscaping. It can also be used as a weed barrier, but requires a landscape barrier installed underneath.
- Washed rock is mostly grey in colour but can include colour variations
- Should not be used in tree wells due to its tendency to heat up the bark
- At our Calgary Distribution Centre, washed rock can be loaded in bulk by the cubic yard or hand-loaded into buckets, wheelbarrows, or pails
Road Crush (available in Calgary, Alberta)
Our 40mm road crush is a mixture of gravel and sand that compresses well for use underconcrete, driveways, garage pads, and paving stones. Road crush is also a great choice for low-level areas in unpaved yard.

Drainage Gravel (available in Calgary, Alberta)
Manderley's 40mm drainage gravel is unwashed angular rock that is grey in colour and ideal for use in window wells and trenches.This drainage product contains small particles of rock (fines) because it is unwashed
