Manderley is more than just another turf supplier. We're the professionals who deliver what every design team demands - perfection. 

In the event that brown areas appear in your lawn contact your Manderley Turfgrass office AS SOON AS POSSIBLE for recommendations. We may, at our discretion, send a representative to look at your lawn and identify the cause of failure and make recommendations for correction of the problem. You must follow these recommendations before you can qualify for any replacement sod. We reserve the right to void the guarantee due to lack of watering or neglect.

Turfgrass Sod is a live perishable product. Product must be installed and maintained in accordance with the recommendations contained in our free brochure "tips for a beautiful lawn". (If you have not received this brochure it is the customer's responsibility to ask for one).

Our guarantee is limited to replacement sod including delivery. Manderley will not be liable for labour charges, pesticide treatments or other charges involved in correcting the problem.

This Guarantee is extended to the original homeowner who purchased Kentucky Bluegrass sod directly from a Manderley Turf Products sales office. This Guarantee is non-transferable.
