Project Duration: 60 days
Grand Opening: Spring 2005
Turfgrass:

L93 Bentgrass, Low Mow Kentucky Bluegrass, Organique Kentucky Bluegrass, Manderley’s 3-Way Blend Bentgrass, Fine Fescue

Grassing Method: Combination small/big roll
Installation: Manderley’s NTS™ – Natural Turf Systems™
Project Synopsis: Manderley's challenge was to complete the course under fall conditions in a hilly environment. The resulting efforts yielded a very consistent playing surface that transitioned the winter conditions and eliminated the risk of a missed grand opening as planned.
Client Testimonial: "I don’t know of any other golf course that has ever been completely sodded. It certainly gives the landscape a look and a feel as though it has been established for years and years and that’s exactly the experience we want our customers to enjoy.”  Darren Stalteri, General Manager and Head Professional
