Project Synopsis:

In the spring of 2006, Manderley was hired to build a nursery then return in the fall to sod four new holes. In building the nursery, Manderley stripped off the area, prepared it and sodded the 20,000 ft (2) area with 3-Way Blend. In the fall, Manderley's team of experts returned to sod the holes from tee decks to greens. This included removing the tender, young grass from the nursery using state of the art equipment. 3-Way Bentgrass was used on the greens; Low Mow Bluegrass on the fairways and tees. Although the weather turned cold and snowed early, the Manderley team persevered and finished the project on time.

Because the course opted to sod wall to wall, they could open in the spring and experienced no lost playtime.
